Upload Documents

You can contribute to the knowledge library of Cloud Commons by sharing informative documents in Microsoft Word or PDF format.

Follow these steps:

  1. Select Document from the drop-down menu under Contribute to Cloud Commons.

    The Submit New Document to Cloud Commons page opens.

  2. Click Choose File and select the file you want to upload.
  3. Complete the following fields in the page:
    Title

    Allows you to title the document.

    Document Description

    Allows you to add a short description of the document.

  4. Select appropriate categories and add tags.
  5. Select Permission level and click Submit.

    The document is sent for approval to a community manager.
